From here you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the colorful Marche countryside bordering the "Parco Nazionale dei Monti Sibillini"- Sibillini Mountain National Park.

There are 5 studio apartments, 10 two-room apartments, 3 three-room apartments, 2 rooms with a kitchenette, 4 rooms, and a little cottage, for a total occupancy of over 100. It also has a event room to host private parties, ceremonies, or business meetings.

All apartments are comfortable and are equipped with independent heating, a private entrance and are fully wheelchair accessible.
